Privacy policy
Companion Agent adds a visual presence to responses from a connected AI environment. We do not request passwords, API keys, cookies or hidden chat history.

Data we process
Passport and identity setup may use the agent name, selected platform, task description and result email. In MCP mode, Companion receives only the text and state that the host LLM explicitly chooses to display.
Purpose
Data is used to create and display an agent identity, diagnose technical operation and respond to support requests. We do not sell data or use it to train our own LLM.
Recipients and retention
Technical data is stored in the application hosting infrastructure. For a paid 3D model, an external generation service receives only a de-identified visual prompt built from selected traits; the Passport source text is not sent there. The payment provider receives the data required to issue an invoice. Orders and models are retained as needed to deliver the result and for accounting or fraud prevention, then deleted or de-identified; support requests are retained for up to 12 months.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your data by contacting support. To verify a request, we may ask you to confirm the order email. We do not share data for advertising or make automated decisions about users.
Storage and control
Setup drafts may be stored locally in your browser. Clear site data to remove them, or contact support to request deletion of server data.
